Very simple and delicious. I used gluten free bread crumbs cause I'm gluten intolerant. Still came out great.

Salted Caramel Marshmallow Crispy Treats (Gluten Free)

SO GOOD! I will never eat regular rice crispy treats again. I couldn't find flaked sea salt so just used ground. Still came out dee-e-lish!

Slow Cooker Carnitas

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2014
Really good but I think I'll leave out the cinnamon next time. It gave it a weird after taste. UPDATE: I made it without the cinnamon and it wasn't as good!!! Use the cinnamon!

Zucchini and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2013
So good! Served it as a main dish and my meat loving husband said he didn't even miss not having meat in it. I use gluten free bread crumbs. When I'm in a rush I use a bag of pre cut, frozen peppers and onions. Easy peasy.

Triple Dipped Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2013
I can't have gluten and couldn't even tell you the last time I had fried chicken. I made this using gluten free flour and used water instead of beer. I almost cried when I had the first bite. Soooo good! I used the leftover batter for onion rings.

I made mine gluten free by using gluten free baking flour. I also added pepper and garlic salt to the flour mixture. Very good!

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

Reviewed: May 23, 2012
I've made this recipe a few times now. It is great every time! I use ketchup instead of the tomato paste though because I don't want to open a can just for a few tablespoons.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
Followed exactly (minus the white pepper and only 1 chicken). It came out great! I was a little skeptical about the 250 baking temp. However, it made the chicken so tender! I baked my one 4lb chicken for 4 hours. I will definitely be making this again. It is much better (and cheaper) than buying the roasted chicken at the grocery store.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2012
I'm allergic to wheat so I substituted gluten free flour (Bob's Red Mill All-Purpose) and added 1/2 tsp of xanthan gum. They turned out great for being gluten free. They were still crispy on the edges and soft in the middle...just like the recipe states. Yum!

My husband loved these. I just thought they were good. I'll definitely make them again because he liked them so much (even though he doesn't like cabbage).

Pumpkin Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
My husband said this was the best chili he has ever had. I used an extra 1/2 tbs of chili powder because we like things spicy. I also used a whole 15oz can of pumpkin. What was I going to do with the rest of it anyway? It made the chili thick and hardy. This recipe is a keeper!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
I recently found out I have a wheat intolerance. I was excited when I found this recipe. It is great! I added a little vanilla extract because I thought it would give it a nice touch (hopefully that doesn't have wheat in it...didn't think about that till now). I also had to bake my cookies for 12 minutes (could have been a little longer) because I made them a little bigger than the "teaspoonful" suggested in the recipe. I will definitley be making these again!

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2011
The changes I made were using chopped almonds (only in cake mix...not in frosting) instead of pecans and only 2 cups of confectioners sugar for the frosting. It turned out great and the frosting was perfect. I couldn't imagine using 4 cups of cs...too sweet.

I didn't like it. There were only about 4 slices eaten from the pie. I won't make this again.

Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2011
The filling is great. I think next time I will just make it into a dip and not put it on mushrooms. I love mushrooms but I really didn't think the mushrooms complemented the filling. Or, maybe I'll just use smaller mushrooms?

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
I love spicy and I love buffalo sauce but these totally missed the mark. I'm not sure how it could go wrong but it did. Niether my husband nor I finished our sandwiches and I threw out the left overs. I won't make these again.
