I made these for two separate events, and they were a HIT! One of my friends even called them "slap-your-mama" good. I added lots more cinnamon to the batter and the topping, as well as some nutmeg and vanilla. I also used two bananas and a half cup of cinnamon applesauce (one individual package). Next time, I'll try them vegan, using an extra banana instead of egg, oil instead of melted butter, and only cinnamon and brown sugar on top. (I live in Austin, so vegan food is really quite common.)
