Excellent! Made as written except with half the oil and half the butter and it was outstanding. Will definitely make again.

Amazing!!! Sautéed in a little extra butter, garlic and lemon juice - added sliced mushrooms - put all of marinade in the pan too. Cooked in 4 minutes. Served over quinoa with broccoli. Will definitely make again - it was really delicious and healthy too.

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: May 26, 2014
This salmon is so good...almost like candy! I used 2T maple syrup and will cut back even more next time cuz it was still really sweet. and I added fresh ginger. Super easy and fast too. Winner!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Reviewed: May 24, 2014
Delicious, moist, healthy and easy! Baked in the marinade for 20 min on 400 and it was perfect. My husband who hates fish even loved it. Yummmm! (Agree with other comments...don't add any salt. It's already salty enough from the soy sauce)

Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2014
Delicious and super easy. I made only 8oz for one person in foil on the BBQ (for 25 min) and it was delicious! I didn't have dill so I subbed Herbes de Provence. Still excellent!

Butternut Squash Soup with a Kick

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
Easy & delicious! We like really spicy foods...so I used 4 jalapenos with seeds & it was great (still not all that spicy but very flavorful). I omitted sour cream cuz it's already very rich. Don't skip the fresh thyme on top - it added really nice flavor.

Crisp Pickled Green Beans

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2010
Easy to make (although a bit time consuming). These are GREAT to use up extra green beans from the garden - then eat them in salads all year long.

Cilantro Jalapeno Pesto with Lime

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
I love super spicy food - so I used 2 huge jalapenos with seeds. I added a little extra oil & lime juice to compensate. It was delicious!! I used in veggie wraps with roasted potates, cheese & lettuce.

Cilantro-Lime Dressing

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
Delicious as a salad dressing!! We love very spicy foods - so I doubled the jalapenos and left in the seeds. I will make it a bit hotter next time and put only about 1/4 the honey. I used 1/2 the honey and it was still a bit too sweet. Nonetheless, it's hard to find spicy salad dressings and this was awesome!!
