Chicken Breasts Pierre
My husband and son loved this. A sweet and tangy sauce which boiled down to be more of a paste. I only used two chicken breasts with the rest of the ingredients and I was wishing for more of the paste/sauce. Not sure 6 chicken breasts would yield anything on the top of the chicken. I didn't use the hot pepper sauce, but put a fresh home grown chili pepper (1 whole chopped) into the mix. I will probably add 1.5 peppers next time. We will make this one again !

Quinoa and Black Bean Chili
Made this for my husband and he loved it. I made a few changes based on what I had in the house. I did not soak Quinoa. I used organic. increased chili powder to 1.5 tbls of Chili (Indian chili powder), and reduced black bean to 28oz black bean (can), no red pepper, 2 zucchini and 1 hot chili pepper. I did not have chipotle pepper in adobe sauce so I left that out. Left out oregano. I used fresh jersey corn (as it was available). I think you can make a number of changes to this recipe and it still would be excellent.

Indian Chicken Curry II
My husband LOVES this recipe. I followed the changes made by LWELKNER and increased curry to 8T and I used Indian Chili powder (not cayenne). I bought the special indian chili powder from Wegmans (in bulk) - was very good. I think it is very hot, but my husband says it is HOT! So for anyone who loves heat - you will love this recipe. Also used tomato sauce and cooked down to make paste. Give this a try.... Next time I will add some veggies and potatoes.
