Best and easiest thing you could make in minutes to satisfy many many people. Have not met a person that did not have to have this recipe after eating one.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2013
Excellent! I doubled the brown sugar and the honey in the sauce recipe. I added 2 tbs. of hoison sauce too. Separately i made a slurry of cornstarch and water and added it to the pan after the chicken finished simmering. This thickened the sauce right up. Turn off heat and let sit few minutes before serving. I only sauteed the chicken with just salt and pepper and it came out just perfect. Thick sauce. This tastes closest too general gao's chicken

Quinoa with Chickpeas and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
I had my doubts that quinoa could be made to taste good, but this was amazing. I dont like the texture of chickpeas whole, but once mixed altogether, it was so good i didnt mind it. I used extra garlic cloves. Cooked the quinoa in chicken broth. Used a can of diced tomotoes in lime juice and cilantro ( instead of whole tomatoes) Used fresh cilantro chopped and the parsley. This was truly great!! So much flavor!!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2012
Best chili i ever made and so simple!! Pace picante sauce was the most important to make this so flavorful. Canned Mexican flavored tomatoes if you don't have tomato sauce will give it extra kick! Just like Wendy's chili!

Summer Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2011
I never liked vegetable until i tried this. Most people think it takes like KFC chicken instead of a vegetable casserole. So good you can eat it as a stand alone dish.

Baked Ziti III

Reviewed: May 3, 2011
I mixed the sour cream into the dry pasta and this definitely kept the pasta creamy instead of drying out. I only used half the amount of sauce because that was all i had. I used fontina cheese instead of provolone because that is all i had. It came out great! My husband's least favorite food is pasta and he said this was excellent! Definitely make it again! So easy to make.

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2011
I browned the chicken for 4 minutes each side and transfered to another dish. Carmelize the mushrooms in the same pan and add a chopped shallot and olive oil if needed. Then add the sherry and marsala and reduce, then return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes coating the juices on both sides of chicken. Let sit 5 min. before serving.
