Healthier Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2013
Loved it! Just keep some of the sauce to the side for dipping (like tarter sauce). I hate fish with a passion and I loved it.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2012
Super good. The changes I made were adding one extra potato then mashing them a few times to give it more thickness. I also added 2 slices of american cheese since I'm addicted to cheese. You only need 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.

I cut the butter in half and it was still very good.

Squash Soup

Just say make with VELVETA! I'm a guy and I couldn't figure out what 'processed cheese' was so I used regular cheese. Turned out ok.

Tater Tot Bake

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
The only thing I changed to this recipe to make it more hometown yummy is I cooked in some Velveeta into the meat. Might be over cheesy for some but I'm a guy and it made it super awesome!!

Linda's Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
I've made this 20 times and I've added 1/2 lbs of italian sausage and 1/2 lbs less of beef. Also changed the cottage cheese for ricotta. I say why make this healthy with the cottage cheese when it should taste better.
