Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
This is to die for!!!! I have been searching for a recipe for whipped cream cheese frosting and I found it!! I made red velvet cupcakes and made this frosting-need I say it made a big hit. My daughters had friends over and they licked the bowel, not to mention the left over they were using animal crackers to eat the left over! I am very pleased with the outcome and I plan to use it today the 4th of July. It is out of this world!!!!!

Cranberry Sauce I
Never Have Been a crandberry lover...then my mother found a recipe that was perfect. She made it and I ate it!!! Well that was so many years ago...she died and I never got the recipe from her. BUT I remember one ingredeint and that was the orange juice. Guess what this one calls for? That's right orange juice. I made it and it was a big hit (more so than the turkey)! I will be of course making it for this Thanskgiving and here on end. (the only problem is that the three stores we went to were all out of fresh cranberries. Could it be the public has discovered the seacred??? LOL. There is one tip I need to pass on... make it two days ahead of time so the orange juice can mix with the cranberries...a match made in heaven.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I
I have been making this cake for 30+ years and it has yet to fail me! The number of times I have been asked to bake this cake (I wished I had a dollar for each request :) The tick to having a moist cake what I have found...I sift my cake flour 2x's (I take out what I think is a little over 3 cups of cake flour and SIFT it into a bowl, thenI take a large serving spoon and gently shake the flour into a measuring cup, leveling it with the back side of a knife and shake , (not dump it) but shake it into the sifter. Then when the recipe calls for the flour to be added to the creamy batter, (this will be the second time the flour has been sifted) I know this may sound like a lot of work (and it could very well be) but not to me because of all of the raves I receive...well worth the work!!!! The recipe is sooo worth the effort put into it. I use various types of flavoring, lemon, coconut, I have even used lime juice! I am not a bit fan of almond by itself (I add vanilla to mine). Try using vanilla and lemon together!! Ummm-ummm!
