Slow Cooker Maple Country Style Ribs
I made these tonite for my birthday dinner. While they were good I didnt really taste the maple in them and they reminded me more of an Asian flare. Not exactly what I was looking for but I will make them again !

Derby Day Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made half the receipe because of not having enough ingredients for the full receipe . I did add three tablespoons of Buffalo Trace bourbon . These are great! Im not sure what one of the reviewers was talking about because I can taste the bourbon. I did put the dough in the fridge for a cple of hrs before baking . Will definitely be making these on Derby Day !! Thanks for the great receipe Amy!!

Luck 'O The Irish Brownie
I made these for our St Pattys day potluck.. They are very rich and having said that everyone loved them. I do use 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla instead of the tablespoon. All my layers came out just fine. I did put the brownie layer in the freezer before I frosted it . And did it again before I poured the chocolate on top..
