Cream of Pumpkin Soup
Really good! I followed the reviewers suggestions and added about a palmful of brown sugar, used light cream instead of heavy and even my picky 8 year old liked it1

Dinah's Baked Scallops
Came out really good. I was a little nervous because my scallops were so huge! I baked for 25 minutes and then broiled for another 5! They came out perfect!
