Biscotti
I made these last night and they were *absolutely* delicious! I did make a couple of changes, I used Butter instead of Vegetable oil because I prefer the flavor, and I used Almond Extract instead of Anise and then added a cup of almonds to the dough. This was so easy to make that I didn't even have to use a mixer and they came out absolutely perfect! I will definitely be making these for Christmas cookies this year. Next time I might add some Orange zest to it as well. Delicious, moist, crunchy and crumbly all at the same time. Exactly what a good Biscotti should be!
