Excellent recipe but heed Breadguy's advice if you use a Kitchen Aid mixer. I learned that it isn't necessary to preheat your oven when making bread, whatever the recipe - honest! That will be appreciated more in the summer. This is my second try and I threw in an egg to keep it fresher longer. This is a gorgeous loaf no matter what you use it for (husband is chomping on a turkey and havarti sandwich) and makes marvelous cinnamon rolls! (remember, tho, de gustibus non est disputandum - there's no (point in) arguing about matters of taste. An alternate but equally valid interpretation is 'if you don't agree with me, you have no taste.'(joke))
