Mini Meatloaves
The meatloaf itself was really great - yes it was a little wet, but that just made it really moist when it came out of the oven!! I didn't like the topping that much - too sweet for my taste - will do much less brown sugar next time. Only made 7 small loaves that needed about 20 minutes, not 45. Very surprised oats worked in a meatloaf, will definitely make it again!
