Speedy Chicken Enchiladas

my whole family loved it, i didn't change a thing, however it did seem to make more enchiladas then stated, no problem with that.

Szechwan Shrimp

Very good, I messed up though and didn't cook shrimp prior to sauteing the garlic and onion, so I cooked the shrimp with the saute, didn't mess it up any. Will definatley be making again.

Weeknight Wonton Soup

The entire family loves this soup. I inadvertantly used a bag of frozen pot stickers and I added the sauce into the broth and it was still delicious.

Zucchini Brownies

didn't do the frosting (just not a frosting girl) however the entire family loved these brownies, even after they knew there was zucchini in them.

glad I read the reviews first, I like a lot of sauce and had 2 15oz cans of spaghetti sauce on hand and decided to use them both, which my family felt was the perfect amount. I didn't change anything else and all the leftovers are gone. It's a definate keeper.

Quick Pot Sticker Soup

this was enjoyed by all, I couldn't find a frozen strifry mix that looked good so I substituted out for fresh veges and added to the chicken broth for about 20 minutes before adding the pot stickers. Also added ginger to the onion & garlic.

Collins Goulash

definatley needs salt and pepper. Something didn't seem right with the consistency of the sauce, after adding the noodles the sauce was too thick to bring to a simmer again and I used 1c milk.
