Ro's Rum Runner

I give a 4 star as is, but a 5 star with this change. My sister made these but with sugar free cranberry flavored drink like crystal light instead of orange juice and the grenadine. Fantastic!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I would give this more stars if I could. I made this for a co-workers birthday and made a double layer round cake. I used a peanut butter frosting made of canned white frosting with pb mixed with it, then frosted with a chocolate frosting made swirls of the pb frosting topped those with pb cups cut in half. They thought I bought it until they tasted it and said you can't buy cake this good. This is THE cake I will make for any occasion I have to bring a cake to, also because I can change the flavor as easy as using different cake mixes and chips.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

I made this for New Years eve for the kids to munch on. They all loved it. Used exact ingredients except I put regular size chocolate chips into small chopper and chopped them up. Didn't roll in nuts for kids. But I had leftovers so next day I took grand butter biscuits and cut them in half, flattened the dough, put a small scoop of this into it, rolled into to a ball put into small muffin pan and baked. Kids LOVED them. Will definitely make these again and again.

Six Week Bran Muffins

OK I just made a half batch of these. Flavor is much better after waiting a few days to bake any. Also fooled my 4 children into eating healthier muffins by adding different things to the batter just before baking.(as they cringed at BRAN muffins)In a bowl with enough to make 12 mini muffins I shredded a little apple and added cinnamon chips. Then about 3Tbs. peanut butter and chocolate chips. Next one I added cocoa powder and a little extra sugar. Can't wait to experiment more. Wonderful muffin as is or to add extras to.

Strawberry Brownie Torte

This recipe is fantastic!! I always get asked for the recipe. I make it in a 9x13 pan. I also put a light layer of bananas between brownie and pudding layers when serving immediately (as I don't like strawberries).

These were exactly what I have been wanting since a cruise stop in San Juan. I had some beans at a little cafe on the side of the road and could not reproduce them until now. Thank you so much for posting this recipe. Will make again and again.

Asian Orange Chicken

My family loves this. Also, I saved some time and used some leftovers(frozen breaded chicken patties). I heated them and cubed them, then added them to the hot sauce just before putting over rice. Even my picky 4 and 7 year ate it and asks me to make it.Edit 4/10/09...After making this for a few yearsnow, I now marinate pork loin roast in the cooled unthickened sauce. Then grill or bake. Family LOVES this on the grill in the summer. I also use the sauce on whole chickens, then bake . The only thing I haven't put it on is beef, but definitely will be trying this summer.

Neiman Marcus Cake I

We loved this recipe, try it with a butter pecan flavor cake mix and put some pecans on top. Tasted like a really rich pecan pie.(p.s. just made it again for my sister, accidentally cooked for 1 hour and 15 minutes, thought I burned it but was still really good. Guess you can't ruin this one.)

Hobo Dinner

We make these into individual packets and cook on the grill. We also add a few spoonfuls of cream of mushroom soup straight from the can to make a nice gravy. I also add 1 Tb. minute rice and 2 ice cubes with the soup instead of potatoes for hubby who does not like potatoes. (The ice cube is easier to wrap than the water.)
