Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

First time ever making pizza crust, only made half the recipe for a smaller crust - turned out great! I used half whole wheat all purpose and half cake & pastry flour. Had to bake for nearly 25 mins tho, turning up the heat around 20 mins to 500 degrees. Crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Dietetic Banana Nut Muffins

I substituted the whole wheat flour for soy flour, and half of the all-purpose with stoneground kamut flour, added extra apple sauce and banana and it turned out pretty good! I think my substitutions (and omitted cinnamon cause i was out of it) affected the taste (4/5 if I hadn't substituted), and next time I'll add more spices and sweetner.
