Found my new niche!

I never knew how to boil eggs 5 years ago - now you ask?... well, I am on top of the world! I tried Amish Potato Salad first about a month ago and since then, i will try anything and I am so proud of my small feat :-)

Lemon Crisps

These were good; however, came out a little hard. I understand they are crisps, but they were still a little 'snappy' - Next time, I might use a little water. I made powdered sugar icing w/ green food coloring to add a little 'pizzazz'... Other than that, yummy!

Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Very yummy! However, after the 2nd day, even when stored in a tight container and a piece of bread thrown in to combat drying, they still were dry. Tip: throw them in the microwave for 15 seconds and YUM YUM YUM!!

Sauteed Apples

I made this with my daughter and she didn't really care for them. However, my mother loved them! They were a bit rich though. I served them over vanilla bean ice cream and added a little more cinnamon too. Personally, I LOVED THEM. Thanks for sharing!
