Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2010
I read the other reviews and bumped up the spices. I'll make it again, but bump up the spices even more!

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2010
I followed the recipe perfectly. It does not have enough cheese. For those who doubled it the cheese, you were correct! It was not at all creamy. I was disappointed.

Oven Fried Chicken IV

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
This one is tough to review. My family really liked it. I however was not a fan. I thought it was a little bland. The chicken was crispy and moist. But not flavorful.

Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
My family loved this recipe. I followed it carefully. It was delicious. I was not sure if I was suppose to cut the ribs before I coated them with the flour. I did not. However, because it said small bowl I think I was suppose to do so. I uses a little over 3 lbs of ribs and we had three family members for dinner and we ate the whole thing! I don't think 3 pounds would yeild 6 servings! It was awesome. The meat fell off the bone and it was an tantilizing combination of hot, sweet, and sour! Excellent

Spicy Hot Chicken Legs

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
We rated this 3 to flavor, but it's a 4 for easy. My family had mixed reviews from good to really good. We would make it again.

Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
Used organic beef broth instead of water and did not use soy sauce to cut down on sodium. Cooked this 10 hours. 8 would be fine! We added potatoes and yams! They were awesome!
