Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
I made these for my husband & 6 yr old son. They were awesome the morning we ate them but I doubled recipe so I cooked them all and froze the rest. We ate them this weekend and they were just as good. I am making them again today with blueberries & going to substitute bananas & walnuts as well and freeze them all again. I did use all fresh fruit, no frozen. Didn't wait the hour and they were just fine.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
I used chunky peanut butter to give it some crunch. This was very easy and very good. My whole family loved it. I will definately make this again.

Chicken Marsala
This is a great recipe. I have made it about 3 times now and my family loves it. I have tweeked it just a bit. 1. I buy the boneless skinless thin sliced chicken breasts. 2. I don't use the Sherry called for (not sure if this would taste right). 3. I use 3/4 cup chicken broth and 3/4 cup of Marsala. 4. I add garlic powder to the flour mixture to coat the chicken. It turns out great everytime and is super quick and easy for a weeknight dinner.
