Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

Excellent! Rave reviews at my Dinner Party. Substituted butter for oil and left out cayenne and hot sauce. Used frozen, fully cooked crawfish and added them the last 5 minutes. Followed all other directions. Perfection!

Minestrone Stew

This was okay, but nothing memorable. Quick to put in at lunchtime and ready at dinner after a hectic afternoon of activities. Might try Italian sausage instead of ground beef next time.

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Great recipe! I only added 1 tsp pepper flakes since I had young children eating. Everyone was licking their plate! Will definitely make again.
