Whole White Wheat and Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies
My two year old loves them, as do I. I can't resist adding a little oatmeal to chocolate chip cookies, but otherwise I followed the recipe. Like other reviewers said, the first sheet turned out a bit more like muffins than cookies. For the second sheet I added some liquid milk to the recipe and then really tried not to over-bake them (I tried to err on the side of under-baking since they bake a little bit even after they're out of the oven) and then they turned out more like cookies. I am staying away from refined sugar so I will make these again when I'm craving a good, substantial cookie!

Spicy Vegetarian Lasagna
Added garlic (it's not lasagna without it!) and used no-cook noodles and it was wonderful! The peppers give it a very interesting flavor -- almost sweet. Will definitely make again.

Butternut Squash Soup II
Fantastic. We love it with the addition of a clove of garlic and a pinch of curry powder (which doesn't make it taste like curry, it just brings out the other flavors -- I stole this tip from a 5 star restaurant). The celery adds wonderful flavor; I wouldn't omit that as others suggest. I use a hand blender (the kind that looks like a wand) to blend it right in the pot so there's no messy transfer or blender to clean. If you purée soups often the hand blender is very useful.
