Soft Peanut Butter Cookies
I followed this recipe exaclty as it is written and am extremely happy with how these cookies turned out. I had a go to recipe for pb cookies years ago that was misplaced and I've been searching for one to replace it. This will def be my new go to recipe. I am over the moon happy with how these came out. Perfectly soft and taste great! The first batch I baked on a regular cookie sheet for 12 min, the second batch on an airbake sheet for the same amt of time. The second batch didn't hold it's shape as well and some fell apart when I took them off the sheet. Maybe this is why some reviews complain about the cookie crumbling? Next time I'll use my reg sheet for all batches. Did I mention how much I LOVE this recipe :)

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns
these truly are the best ever! I did change the filling and made my own mixture of 1c butter, 1c each white and brown sugar and some cinnamon. Just kinda tossed it in the bowl and mixed it up, then spread it on the dough before rolling. This made it much for sticky and sweet! yumm! Also I used the cream chz icing instead of the icing listed here. Much more tasty. I've received rave reviews with this recipe. Family and friends asking for the recipe and my inlaws even want me to mail them some! lol One other thing I did after reading other reviews, I let the dough rise for 2 hrs initially. It's work, but well worth it! I highly recommend making this recipe, you won't be disappointed!
