Bacon Risotto

yummy! I had never made risotto and was a little intimidated. It was a little time consuming however it was pretty easy and the result was fantastic.

Better Than Best Fried Chicken

I had never attempted to make Fried chicken before, so I was a little afraid it would be under cooked or not come out well, but this turned out great. Great recipe for juicy flavorful chicken!

White Chocolate Gorp

I love this stuff! One of my patient's wife would make this for us on occasion and it's quick and easy and so good. I basically threw in different types of cereals I had in the house, with some pretzel sticks and cashews. It made a ton so I gave some to my friend and will send some with the kids to school.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This was awesome! I used the panko bread crumbs with the parm cheese and a little melted butter than baked it for 30 mins. It was so good! I left what was leftover at a friends house and now I am regretting that decision as I am craving more of it now.

Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola Pizza

I love this, in fact I made it so much that I am sick of it right now, but I know I will be craving it again soon! The bad part is that I am the only one in my house that will touch the gorgonzola cheese so I usually wait until I have a friend over to make it, otherwise I will eat the whole thing!

Hearty Ham Casserole

This was really good on a cold night, great comfort food! I liked it so much, I made it twice in one week. It was a great way to use that leftover spiral ham that tends to dry out quickly. I will be making this again whenever I have leftover ham.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

I really liked this recipe as did the rest of the family. I wasn't sure that all the kids would eat it because of the brocolli, but they loved it. I am always looking for new recipes to try and this was a hit. Will definetly make this one again.
