Made a recipe and a half, and used six mini loaf pans, and baked for 35 minutes. Note that this bread definitely rises as it bakes - I was concerned the pans wouldn't quite be filled enough, but they came out just right. I used chocolate chips instead of nuts, as my husband doesn't like nuts. Otherwise, left the recipe the same. My whole kitchen smells like chocolate now - fantastic! The bread is very light and fluffy (not dense, like banana bread, etc), and isn't super chocolatey, but rather just has a delicate chocolate flavor. I didn't make the chocolate honey butter, as I was putting the loaves in Easter baskets and didn't have containers for the butter. The bread is definitely very good, but not overwhelmingly desserty - I think definitely a good brunch item.
