Chicken, Asparagus, and Mushroom Skillet

I followed the recipe exactly and we all loved it! Very easy to make - will try with bowtie pasta next time for a variation.

Zucchini Pie

This is great - I sauteed the onions and only put in 1/4 cup Vegetable oil - the whole family love it!

Cranberry Nut Bread II

Cranberry bread was delicious but didn't need to cook quite so long - 60 minutes was enough. I left out the zest and use pecans chopped up - great!
