If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I love rotisserie chickens, but this was 10 times better than any other chicken I've ever eaten. In the words of my 5 year old son, "it's perfect!". I followed the directions except used fresh minced garlic cloves inside and outside the chicken, and omitted the paprika and white pepper (since I didn't have those on hand). The skin was crisp and golden, the meat was beyond tender and so moist. I bought a bird with the little thermometer already in it and cooked at 250 until it popped up (right around the 4.5 hour mark). I used the drippings as is over mashed potatoes and it was to die for :) So easy too- this will definately go into our regular dinner rotation!
