Leg of Lamb

This was my first time cooking Lamb. I followed the directions pretty closely. The only thing different that I did was I used a cooking bag. It cut my cooking time down by an hour. The lamb was absolutely DELICIOUS! I cooked a 9 pound leg of lamb. I also cooked a ham as back up. The lamb was gone before the ham. A lot of my guest never ate lamb before and they enjoyed it very much. People even took a plate of lamb home with them. :-) The directions were very clear to follow. This recipe is a keeper. Thank You.
