Have you noticed chicken wings are like $2.00 A lb?
I was thinking about boneless Buffalo wings and I cooked some up yesterday. Then I was wondering if I could use Pork loin to make pork buffalo wings. Sue gave the go ahead yesterday for the experiment. So when I got home tonight I set out on my quest of Pig
Wings, Buffalo Style.
First I cut the pork loin into chicken wing sized portions, coated them with flour, dipped them into eggs and milk, and coated them with Panko bread crumbs, Let them set in the fridge for 20 mins. Then I Deep fried them and covered them with a mixture of 1\3
Butter, 1\3 Hot Sauce, And 1\3 Blue Cheese Dressing (I use Kens Chunky).
Both Sue And I Liked Them And Plan To Add Them To Our Menu's All in all they only took me about 40 mins, including the 20 mins I let them set in the fridge (this helps to allow the bread crumbs to stick to the meat).
