Today Was My First Time Making Popcorn Balls Since I Was A Kid (About 50 Years Ago). It Was Quite Easy Once I Got All the Popcorn Popped, But When Forming The Balls It Was Hot.

I Remembered When We Made Them Many Moons Ago We Buttered Our Hands To Keep It From Sticking To Our Hands, But This Time I Am A Bit More Educated, And Wanted to Avoid 3rd Degree Burns. So I Buttered The Latex Gloves I Was Wearing.

Lets face It The Hot Carmel Is Like Napalm, And It Does Stick To Kids, Along With Adults So Be Very Careful If You Make Popcorn Balls This Year.

Mr Bill Helped Me Make These Popcorn Balls, And He Did Have An Accident When The Popcorn Balls Had A Landslide.

Good tip, I didn't know that about popcorn balls. I have never made them before. It looks like they turned out well for you, just not for Mr. Bill. : )

Sorry to hear Mr. Bill got hurt. I haven't seen this character around for awhile. Now, I know he has been hiding out at your house. Good tip on making popcorn balls with latex gloves.

Well I buy about 1,500 latex gloves about every 3 months so I always have plenty of them.

I plan on making the French Onion soup next week. Sounds good. By the way, is that your dog in the picture? The reason I ask is that I have a dog who looks almost just like that -she is a Chiweenie(Chihuahua and Dachshund mix). What breed is that one? Sure is cute.
