The Other Night I cooked dinner for my neighbour. (They Are Asian). Her Husband said "I Think You Should Have Been Born Asian" (I laughed).

I made egg rolls, fried rice, stir fry, Lo mein, and everyone loved it.

Asian Dishes Are One Of My Favorite things to cook, not just because they seem easy to me but I get to use all fresh vegetables, and I know they are good for me. I do however have to watch the soy sauce due to the salt.

Tips:

One Of The Tips I Can Pass Off Is I Normally Make What Is Normally Called "House" Dishes. What I Do Is I Cut Up A Large Amount Of Beef, Pork, Chicken, Shrimp Along With Ginger, Garlic, Green Onions, Mixed With A Bit of Soy Sauce. I Then Divide The Now Marinating Meats, And Put Them In Freezer Containers. So When I Want Asian I Just Pull Out The Marinated Meats,  And Create Some Of My Favorite Asian Dishes With Little Prep (Except Adding The Fresh Vegetables).

To Make Egg Rolls All I Need To Do Is Add Some Of This Mixture To A "Cold Slaw Mix" And Then Roll It All Up In The Egg Roll Wrappers, Pop It In The Fryer, And Were Done.

I think that was a pretty high comliment. Your food certainly looks like what I have had out but it probably tastes better.

King, if you recall, I'm kinda new to Asian food, but I keep trying, and some of what I've come up with tastes pretty darn good! Cat is right, that was a GREAT compliment! Also, great idea re: prepping the meats ahead of time, I might have to try that - THANKS! Be well, friend, and keep stir frying!
