Microwaved Egg Drop Soup.

The Experiment Yesterday Was Making Microwaved Egg Drop Soup, Something I Never Done Before. It Was Easy And The Soup Came Out Really Good.

2 Cups Of Chicken Broth, 1 Egg, 1 Tablespoon Of Corn Starch, A Dash Or Two Of Turmeric, 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil, Sliced Green Onion, A Dash Of Soy Sauce.

Just Put Everything (But The Eggs) In Your Bowl, Stir well.

Microwave for 2 mins, Stir, Cook For Another 1 Min, Stir, Cook For Another 1 Min, Stir  (Should Be Boiling Now, If Not Repeat: Stir, Cook For Another 1 Min).

Then Take The Soup Out Of The Microwave, And Drizzle One Egg Into The Soup. Then Pop The Soup Back Into The Microwave Oven To Re-Heat To Your Desired Temp.

Sounds easy enough! I love egg drop soup... I might add a pich or two of red pepper flakes! Thanks for the recipe king!

I will try this with vegetable broth. I love egg drop soup, and if the vegetable broth tastes awful, I may resort to pretending chicken broth isn't used in the recipe, and order it only at restaurants and not ask questions.
