Today I made Pork Chop Suey, With Yellow Fried Rice.

The yellow rice was more Or less an experiment with the spice "Turmeric". A few of the Asian restaurants in my area use  "Turmeric" when they make fried rice. It adds a wonderful color to the rice don't you think?.

The sauce was nothing more than chicken broth, soy sauce, and corn starch. If you wanted to you could add a dash of sherry.

I was just given a tin of tumeric as a gift. I will try it in rice thanks for the tip. Any other suggestions for how to use it?

I have recently been trying to incorporate tumeric in more of my cooking. It has some wonderful health benefits. I like to add a bit to my chicken rub, it cooks with a nice golden color.
