If you have not noticed Hells Kitchen And Masterchef is on the air again, I do watch the shows  every week. Some times you can see even professional chefs can't cook. As a matter of fact many of the bloggers here on all-recipes are better than the chefs on hells kitchen. I also believe that many of them could be on Masterchef.

If you have never seen Masterchef Australia that is also a very good show that you can see on websites like YouTube, or even get your self Australia Proxy, and view the show directly from the Ten network (In Australia).

And I do admit I do like chef Gordon Ramsey that some people love to hate.

I agree with you King. As I have written I have been attending cooking demonstrations/classes conducted by a prof. chef. Several times I have had to bite my tongue when I saw her doing something clearly wrong and or take shortcuts that compromised the dish. I have been able to diplomatically give her a few tips. I am not a chef but I have picked up a lot of info. along the way and much info. from AR and all of you guys. She asked me if I was a prof. chef, and I laughed and said no just a cook. Don't misunderstand we get along fine and others in the class also make suggestions. She does not have a big ego.

I admit, I am not a creative cook, I like having a recipe in front of me. I feel if one can read, one should be able to cook/bake. I am intrigued with Masterchef this week. I love the little oriental lady who is blind and is very creative. I am so hoping she wins. Her dishes have been amazing.
