I really don't have a Recipe for one, I just use any Mexican type ingredients, and then wrap them up in a moist and warmed Burrito wrapper, let them set for maybe 10 - 20 mins so that the wrapper has time to stick to it's self so that when you deep fry it the wrapper does not unroll. then pop them in a deep fryer, you may need to hold them to one side if they tend to roll back onto one side or the other. Whit I did in this case is I pan fried the chicken then shredded the chicken with a fork, then I put marinated the chicken in my taco sauce (tomato, jalapeno pepper, onion, salt, pepper, garlic), then stuffed the Burrito with the ingredients. roll it up. Tip: Do not over stuff the wrapper.
