I have been watching the Chew for over a month now

I actually think it is getting better.

Today they had Larry King And Jamie Oliver

Jamie Oliver Seemed at home on the set, you got to love that English accent

Jamie Oliver has a new book out called "Jamie Oliver's Meals in Minutes: A Revolutionary Approach to Cooking Good Food Fast"

I'm going to show you how to put a whole meal on the table in a matter of minutes! Not just one dish, a whole spread of beautiful things.

If, like me, you love food and have hungry mouths to feed when you get home after a long day, then allow me to let you in on a totally revolutionary new way of cooking. In this book I'm going to show you how to make a complete meal in the time you'd normally spend on one dish. What you'll be able to achieve in 30 minutes or less will absolutely blow your mind. It's certainly blown mine!

This is not about compromising on quality. It's about being organized, working fast, and using shortcuts and clever tricks to put insanely delicious plates of food on the table in no time. Each of the 50 meals inside has been carefully written so there's no messing about--just good, fast cooking. I've created complete menus of foods that go beautifully together and planned recipes in a really unique, easy-to-follow way. This kind of cooking is all about using every minute wisely, having fun, and reclaiming your kitchen for the job it was meant for.

You might think it can't be done, but I promise you it can. Have a look inside to see the sort of meals you're going to get. Once you start cooking this way, not only will you absolutely love it; you'll never look back.

I have seen that show and it is really FUN! I was not a fan of Oliver before I started watching his show on kids and how well they eat at school. Trying to get the school districts feed the kids healthier foods. I like him, he is trying and sends a good message. Hope your holidays are terrific!

I can't decide if I like The Chew or not. I like Jaime Oliver's ideas but I can't watch him cook because his finger nails always look dirty. While I'm not a fan of hers either, Rachel Ray has been doing 30 minute meals for ever and they are good, healthy food.

I'm never home when the Chew is on, but I think I need that cookbook- lol Coming home in the dark, wet of December and then getting inspired to cook dinner? Seriously uphill work! We have been eating a lot of sandwiches!!! Sometimes we'll do raw veggies, fruit, cheese... On Mondays Papa John's has a great $8.99 large pizza special ;) We get the veggie special so it's not that bad. Somewhere I have R.Ray's 30 minute meals but they take longer for me...
