I can't Sleep

I am waiting to start cooking tomorrow, I tried to go to be but I could not fall asleep. so I got back up. I am just hoping I can make my wife proud to cook this dinner by my self this year. Sue has back problems now and can not cook, so I am the cook in the house ever since 30 nov 2010. I have everything planed out. I went to the store today just to make sure everything i was going to use is fresh.

today I starved my self, and only ate my wife's leftover salad I made for her today.

I am planning on starting to cook at 9:am and make everything we need, and make sure all 5 dogs get to join in.

Our Kids

1. Poncho
2. Pedro
3. Ginger
4. Maria
5 Consuela.

They will be so happy they are getting some turkey, they only get it twice a year.

Have a wonderful time with your family. Your wife is lucky to have a DH (dear husband) who will step up to the plate and help in the kitchen.

Please eat something before you start cooking so you don't get dizzy and faint from low blood sugar. When I had a dog, I used to cook all the giblets up and then chop them and soak bread into the broth and let him have that to eat. He was so in heaven and he liked the warm brothy bread much better than pieces plain meat. His name was Timmy and we had to put him down at an advanced age for severe arthritis. Anyway, enjoy cooking and celebrating with Sue and the kids. I am sure it will be delicous.
