I was reading some blogs on another site, and I was kind of shocked to hear some people tossed that bag of giblets (heart, liver, gizzards, and neck) in the trash.
We normally cook them all up in a pot and use them for gravy, adding in some of the turkey juices when the turkey is resting before cutting it up to serve.
For one sue and I love all of them, and the dogs love them too.
I also bought extra giblets
