Both my wife and I like Rib Eye Steaks, And Prime Rib to save money we normally buy a hunk of Rib Eye about 60lbs at a time, and pay about $3.99 a pound at our local IGA store. I could not afford it at some of the prices I seen like $22 a pound for aged beef. When I get the hunks home I cut them up into 2 inch steaks, and some roasts just for me and her. I vacuum seal the steak in plastic, and freeze it (we always put a date on it).

the asparagus is steamed, and melted butter over the top.<
