Yesterday was beef stew

Yesterday was beef stew, and there was left overs for today.
later playing around I fried some chicken breaded in Doritos chips that I pounded to a flour.
it kind of turned into a paste due to the oil in the chips, but I added some gen purpose flour.
I floured them, put in a egg, milk bath and floured them again.
I also took one and dipped it into the oil in the frying pan, and then put on a backing rack in a backing pan. it turned out moist and not too bad.
the one floured and did not dip into the hot oil did not come out as good or moist.
I am thinking the one coated in flour, dipped in hot oil for some reason the oil kept the chicken moister.
I ate part of them and gave the rest to my dogs, they enjoyed them.
