If ever a recipe deserved five stars this is it. This is easy, elegant and most importantly delicious!
I throw in several cloves of garlic and scatter them around the base of the roast. After the roast is done cooking, not only does the garlic aroma linger in the meat but now I have roasted garlic for bread.
I do double of the marinade and lather it up good. The end result is a perfect crust and moist meat.
The leftovers make incredible sandwiches. This is a favorite of everyone in my family!
