Smore's Bars
These are a really good treat. As others suggested, I didn't use the vanilla. Agree there is something off on the recipe amount to pan size. I made a few batches to fill the pan and thicken them up. My daughter thought there wasn't enough marshmallow so we threw in a few extra. I also ran out of mini chocolate morsels so had to use regular size for a batch, they melted just fine.

Easy and Delicious Slow Cooker Cassoulet
Everyone in my family loved this. I used turkey bacon and kielbasa. The only other ingredient change I made was to add carrots. Using a slow cooker for me is about the ease of preparing the meal, so I didn't pre-cook anything but the bacon. I layered the whole chicken breasts, bacon, sausage and onions in the dish then mixed the remaining ingredients, except the bay leaves, in a bowl before spreading over the top. Placed the bay leaves on top and cooked on low for 7 hours. Towards the end I shredded the chicken and mixed. Delicious!

Fluffy Maple Icing
This is the same recipe that my Great Aunt used. Fancy grade Vermont Maple Syrup has the best outcome. Be patient when boiling down the syrup, it is worth the wait. A couple of changes; we use three egg whites and no salt. The third egg white ensures enough frosting for round cakes.
