Country Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: May 17, 2011
My husband loved this and said it was a keeper. I did add two stalks celery and half of a green pepper because I wanted to use them up before they went bad...I cooked them both a bit in some butter jusst to soften them. they added such great flavor to this dish. Do not skip on using the fried onions as they really add some flavor and crunch. I also used chicken I had broiled a couple of days ago and not uncooked chicken. Will make my version again and again.

Inwood Hamburgers

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
We loved these. I grated the garlic as its easier to me than chopping/mincing. Everything else I followed just as written. I had never worked with sun-dried toms so that was new but found I enjoyed them. Excellent mu husband wants them again soon! Thank you.

Hash Brown Casserole I

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
I made this for our Mother's Day grill yesterday and everyone raved about how great they were. I didn't have 2 cans of cr of celeray soup so used one can cream of celery and one can cream of chicken...fabulous and my 2 year old grandson ate and ate. It was all gone before anything else. Daughter-in-laws requested the recipe. Will make this often.
