This was excellent. I made a few adjustments hoping to make it a little less fattening. I may have succeeded at it but it doesn't make a difference if I eat the entire bowl.
I air popped popcorn to fill a Tupperware THATSA Bowl about 3/4 full (appx 1 1/3 cup of kernels). I used a full jar of marshmallow creme, 3/4 stick of I Can't believe Its not Butter and a little less than a small jar of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter. Substituted Splenda Brown Sugar (appx. 3/4 cup). I didn't bake it but next time will as it was a bit chewy but everyone else who ate it thought it was perfect. Already made a 2nd batch. You really can adjust the quantities of ingredients to your liking. Cut back on brown sugar if too sweet, add PB if you like flavor. Very good basic recipe though.
