I thought this was very easy and I followed the recipe exactly as posted. I would make a few changes next time though. First of all, I would BARELY use any mayonaise. I mixed the mayo with a little bit of milk so it would spread on to the chicken easier, those pieces were good, the ones that were slathered in mayo before I thinned it had too much mayo and hubby could see it when he was eating. Next time I will bake at 375 for 30 minutes, turn and bake for an additional 30 minutes. The skin didn't crisp like a fried chicken should, but the family was fooled and enjoyed it none the less. Overall, pretty good!!
