Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer
YUMMY AND EASY!! I came home from work to find that my boyfriend says..."I started your kraut and kolbasi for you"...(I had planned on cooking it the next day on my day off). Well, it's not even done yet and I keep tasting it! I threw in 4 pork chops (browned them first) and can't wait to eat it tomorrow!! Thank you Beth!

Grilled Fish Steaks
DELICIOUS! I used 1/2" thick "spot" fillets for this recipe. (spot is what they are called locally here in southeastern North Carolina, silver with a black spot and yellow markings; I don't know if they have other names elsewhere). I was afraid the difference in thickness would make the marinade too strong, but since I had about a pound of fillets, I decided to chance it. They were perfect, grilled in about 3 minutes on my indoor grill. YUMMY! Will be using this recipe again and again. My picky children wouldn't touch it though.

Yeast Doughnuts
These were delicious! You've got to try these! Smelling them cook was almost as good as eating them. I coated some with cinnamon sugar in a ziploc bag, and dipped the rest in glaze. YUMMY! My son wants me to make a batch for his 1st grade class at school. I would suggest just a variety of doughnut holes for that.
