Rice Salad
My 12 yr old said " smells good ,can I try it?"...now that's saying something..we loved it ..but I think it could use some garlic salt plus more dill.. and I didn't use tuna...used chopped cooked chicken and it came out great.

Navy Bean Soup I
I made this just as the recipe called for..only changed the bouillon cube to two table spoons of knorr chicken flavored bouillon..thus eliminating a need for a lot more added salt...the ham gave it the remaining salt needed..as others reported it was done in 3 1/2 hrs on the stove top..everyone loved it....might add some diced carrots next time.

Broccoli Rice Casserole
I made the recipe as directed except for the instant rice part...I just cooked regular long grain rice in a pot...I disagree with another review that said it was a waste of time to melt the cheese in with the soup before mixing with the broccoli and rice...it perfectly blended everything..I also used a little milk instead of the water...over all a yummy recipe my family loved.
