Chicken Cheese Ball

I doubled the chicken and ranch and instead of pecans, I flattened it out on a plate a bit and poured hot wing sauce over the top, and spread it around like icing, then chilled. Amazing on lime chips or crackers.

Easy Turkey Gravy

I had to use chicken broth because the turkey was deep fried. I use Big Spring Mill *Seasoned* Flour in all my gravies and it gave this one lots of extra flavor (just leave off the seasoned salt and poultry seasoning unless you like it salty). This is my favorite gravy now because it is low in fat, high on flavor and the ingredients are always in my pantry.
