This is a simple, great tasting recipe. Don't change a thing. Too often, people like to complicate recipes or feel the need to somehow make them better. Don't. This is perfect as is. Thanks!

Gingerbread Men

LOVE this! So easy and tastes great. The dough does appear very dry and crumbly. Don't get discouraged! I used my hands to ball up and then refrigerated for 1 hour. Turned out perfect. Agree with other reviewers, 9 minutes was perfect for me.
