Chicken Marsala
Really good. I thought I had Marsala wine, but it was I just added some white wine instead. It didn't have that Marsala flavor, but it was still really good...going to make again with Marsala.

Banana Banana Bread
This is a great banana bread, moist and delicious. The only thing I added, after reading some reviews, was a little cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. I forgot to add the nuts. I used a longer pan 4 1/2 x 12 and it baked a little quicker in just 45 minutes. Also, I my bananas were a little on the wet side (they had been in the freezer) so I added another 1/4 cup flour because the batter looked a little soupy.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers
This was so easy and good. Most turkey burgers are bland, these had plenty of flavor! I read some of the other reviews and some people suggested using two of the adobo chilies. I just used one because some in my house like it hot and some like it mild. With one, you could taste the flavor, but it wasn't too hot. I would say if you are a medium to hot salsa person....use two. I did find one teaspoon of season salt a little much, I think I would use 3/4 teaspoon next time. However, I was at the very bottom of my season salt and it may have had more 'salt' than 'season' in the very end. I didn't have mozzarella cheese in slices so i just used a couple pieces of string cheese torn into strips. Yum. We also added saute' mushrooms, avocado and bacon to ours.
