Veggie Vegetarian Chili

I could see from the ingredients in the recipe that you wanted to add the liquid from the canned beans to thicken the chili, but the taste was awful when the liquid was added. You really need to drain the beans and find a different way to thicken the chili, but the recipe wasn't good enough IMHO to bother trying to figure out how to fix it.

Quick Chili I

I've made this multiple times. I almost always made a triple batch in my stock pot and freeze portions for lunches for next week or so. You can easily double the chili powder for more spice, or even puree a few jalapeno peppers with the tomato sauce when you add it.

Braided Egg Bread

Very easy to make and made for an incredible looking center piece for my buffet. Unlike braiding hair, you don't actually lose any length in the three rolls you've made, so be careful not to make the loaf too large for the pan you're going to bake it in or the oven it will be placed in.

Chocolate Maple Bars

Absolutely terrible. They were too dry, and the chocolate completely over powered the taste of the maple syrup. The marshmellows in the frosting simply made the frosting more diffcult to spread without adding any flavour to the frosting at all. Even my 4,7,10 and ten year old kids didn't finish the pieces I put out for them, and they were all desperate for a drink after forcing down half a bar. If yuor looking for something that tastes like maple syrup, find something else.

Cooking Light magazine's Indian Chicken Curry

You should cook this the night before and store in the fridge. The flavours will be much stronger (and better) the next day instead of right out of the pot after it's cooked.

Asian Salad

Curried Chicken and Rice Salad

I've twice made this recipe for large groups of people and had nothing but good reviews. Very easy to make and surpisingly fill with flavour. I'm always shocked at how far a little curry goes.
