Texas Pie

I left out the coconut and added a little cinnamon, only used about half the cake mix. used butter pats rather than melted margarine. very yummy and quick. i will make this again

Loved this. Quick and easy to make, with ingredients I had around the house. I added a bit more hot sauce to give it a little more zing, but otherwise stayed true to the recipe. Definitely a good switch from my usual pasta with pesto or marinara sauce. I'll make this again!

Baklava I

This recipe was very easy to make, and discounting the actual baking time, was quite quick. It was a little too sweet for me, and the next time I make it I'll probably cut back on the sugar used in the sauce, but it was a big hit.

Thai Chicken

I loved this recipe. Made it for my very picky nephew and he absolutely loved it. The only modifications I made were to use boneless chicken breasts, low sodium soy sauce and add fresh mushrooms to the mix for the last 10 minutes of cooking, I also added a bit more peanut butter and threw in a pkg of hot peanuts for some extra spice. I will definitely make this again.
